Welcome to Full Service Network's Mobile Application. FSN 2GO is a system which associates your cell phone with your business desktop phone or cloud extension. The application allows you to mimic features and presence, as if seated at your desk phone. These features include: Placing and receiving calls using your extension within your business group, dial other extensions within your business group with ease, call forwarding management, visual voicemail access to your extension's voicemail, call transferring, and call "jumping" which allows you to transfer a call between your cell and extension seamlessly.

Ratings and reviews

After about 10 minutes of use the app crashes and won't open. I've had to uninstall and reinstall about 10 times today. If I didn't use it for work I would literally never use it. To be fair the UI is very easy to use and when it does work it's almost seamless, unfortunately the crashing ruins the entire app and it's usability is about 10%.

Great for calling out from my extension and managing routing, however it does not show internal Caller-ID and I can only see that calls are coming from "somewhere" inside our building. If internal Caller-ID was added, this would be a perfect app.

No worrying about missing calls when I'm in the field - AND better yet - my clients know it's me even when calling from my cell.
