1. Paradise Smart Concierge App Main Features

- Mobile room key: You can use the room door lock and facilities for hotel guests with the key provided in the mobile app.

- Reservation information: Provides the period of stay, room type, and reservation product.

- Room service: We provide services provided during your stay.

-Breakfast service: Provides information on available breakfast services.

- Reward Points: You can check the details of points accumulated/used/expired by Paradise Rewards membership customers and the exchange criteria for reward points.

- My Page: Conveniently use Paradise Hotel Busan with your mobile membership card (bar code)

- Paradise TALK: Provides hotel reservations, facility information, promotions and event information through chatbot and 1:1 consultation.

- Smart Concierge: You can request additional room amenities, order In Room Dining, and register for free parking, and provide facility usage information.

- Notifications: Various promotion information and member benefits are notified as notifications.



2. Information on optional access rights
