Function:
Cut the picture into a circle with your finger.

Instruction:
1. Click the "Cut Circle" button in the menu
2. Click the "Select an Image" button (Read / Write Permission may be required)
3. Select an image to be cut into a circle.
4. Click the "Cut Circle" button
5a. Use a single finger to move the circular area in the view.
5b. Use two fingers to extend the circle to different circles in advance.
6. Click the "Save Image" button and wait for it to finish.
7. When finished, you will find a circular photo in the gallery.
