FYB does not respect their customers. I bought 5 weeks ago. The app crashed. The company did not reply to multiple support emails. I'm not the only one - read other reviews. Support responded after 3 weeks of silence to say try again; They had updated the app but never acknowledged this in the email. The app loads now, but I received no password. The app does not have a password reset option. And again support does not reply to my emails requesting the password be sent.

This app is horrible. It crashes. If it does't crash it won't let you sign in. Try to change the password it says no internet connection and no way to back out of the screens. I asked for a refund on a program I bought because I can't get to it through the app. I have yet to get reply back. Updating the review, I did get my refund which I appreciate

My husband and I are big fans of FYB ... It likes/ beyond an open tennis college for all levels of tennis players. I improved my tennis a lot from this product whilst I was injured for year and I became a much better player surprisingly because it has sharpened all around my understanding of tennis and techniques. Thanks Will for creating such a top notch one, we can feel what Will felt when he was making all the videos. I'm looking forward to our newest purchase " Bert" to become live😀
