This is by far the worst insurance ever dealt with! I filed a claim 5 days ago for a broken screen. They want you to take a video of your broken phone while logged into the app, pull up the keyboard and specific portions of the app, and then flip your phone over all in one video. And if you can do that with a broken phone, you then have to upload it to their app, and then wait for someone to review it, only for it to get denied. Still not resolved! So if your phone's broke, this is useless!

Most annoying app I have to deal with. Can't ever pay through the app. Half the tim, can't log in. When I try, I'm told the credentials are wrong. So, I do a password reset, but in order to do that, it needs the current password. I enter that and it says it's wrong. I hate this app and even trying to do it through the website is troublesome.

Unlike the bad reviews, I have had a great experience. Dropped my brand new phone while getting out of my car and the screen shattered. I started a claim immediately and in 24 hours I turned in my phone for the repair. I agree that the password part is confusing, but I am very relieved I bought this plan. I did have to use the website more than the app for my claim but that was due to the app being on my shattered screen phone. I am telling my friends to try this.
