What an awful experience, half the time the app would charge my card but not provide me with a ticket, and then one time when it did let me buy a ticket my actual ticket they gave me was a blank white screen. The only good thing is their customer service responds pretty fast but usually won't be too helpful.

The app works most of the times, however it needs to improve some critical aspects. When I used it, I tried to buy some tickets. After confirming the purchase in my bank the app gave me an error so I didn't get the tickets. I tried a second time and it worked but the money has already been taken from my account so I ended up paying twice the normal price.

Overall, a rather useful app. I had an issue with a purchased ticket but it was sorted out by the support staff. Just verify that you are able to download printable tickets (with a QR code or a bar code) because some ferries do not accept M-tickets.
