Ratings and reviews

Completely useless! It allows you to create the account, but as soon as you close the app and attempt to sign in it says "incorrect information." Same thing for the website. Password reset is a joke. You'll never receive the email to reset your password. The crappiest part of all of this, I signed up for the app the day I submitted a large order for a wedding. I can't even put those points on my account. Was told to take receipt home and load my points. I CAN'T!

I am unable to sign into the app (even though I can via the website). If you attempt to sign in using Facebook, you receive a message indicating the app is still in development and not available. When I click reset password you receive a message that an email will be sent in minutes. No email has arrived in 3 days. I have been hoarding my rewards ($35 worth) but the store doesn't have access to your rewards unless you use the app. Nor can I accumulate points. Worst app ever. Deserves 0 stars.

I migrated my account to the new rewards system over a year ago, but now every time I try to log in it just sits in "please wait a few moments" and never actually logs in. I have cleaned the storage, clear cache, force stopped, restarted device, and reinstalled multiple times and the same issue.
