Was up and running with this conversation kit for my Surron within a day of receiving it. The folks at GLE are solid. I do have a feature ask though. Seems you need an active internet connection in order for gle dashboard app to load. I ride in areas where there isn't always data or cell reception for that matter. I assume this is to ensure only paying gle customers can make use of the app, so hopefully there is an easy connectionless alternative to verifying that. Cheers!

Will not start without internet connection. Meaning the display for my electric _DIRT_BIKE_ has to have an internet connection to start. Yes I can get a different display but that's besides the point. I got this kit to use with this app. There were zero warnings that it needed an internet connection to start. Yes, you can start the app before pack the bike into your car and leave town (where internet connection is) but if you forget, you're SOL. Guys... Fix this.

Horrible interface. Can't even get passed the sign up you need to be authorized. Only issue is any email or phone number on there won't work. No response from them yet no phone number to call. So your sol till one of them get ahold of you. God k ows hoe long that will take. Not happy at all.
