The Astronomical Society Ursa has produced the Star Map as a Finnish-language tool for anyone interested in celestial phenomena. With the help of the star map, you can find and identify constellations, stars and planets - objects that you see with the naked eye or with the help of a small binoculars. Orienting the device will position the map in just the right position, making it easier to identify objects. The app also tells you what interesting things to expect in the near future: Which star flight in the meteor flock is dotting the night sky right now? Which planets can you find in the morning sky? When is the next full moon and because it rises above the horizon? Some features of the application require the user to log in with Ursa member IDs.
