Naturgy Clients is the app with which our clients easily manage everything related to their contracts. The app also has content for users who are not clients, such as the rate advisor and the power advisor, in addition to being able to check the status of their contract.

The app has easy access to the procedures most used by our customers, such as being able to read gas, request a power change, change bank details, consult the summary of your invoices, download invoices in PDF or pay online invoices that may be pending, among others. You can track any new energy procedure or contract that you have done online.

cannot log in on app, it worked for a few weeks, then stopped, uninstaled it 3 times, and still does nothing.. It's a really bad App

The auth forgets the password config pretty much every time I want to use the app. Also, It's pretty slow (I've got a fast connection, and my phone is not slow, it's not my fault). Lastly, Naturgy has a pretty lenient policy of the downtime allowed for their servers. I use the app once every 2 weeks or so, and around 30% of those times, the servers are offline or something, 'cause it doesn't let me log in.

I just came on board this company and my experience with this app already scares me. I hope that the company is not problematic like this inefficient app. A glitch (error message) has kept me out of my account for a week and even customer service isn't helping... The world is globalising but your app can't interface in multiple languages... I pray I haven't made a mistake migrating to naturgy.
