App now just continues to say "connection failed. please check your network connection and try again." I don't have "network issues" with any other site or app... But the app will not allow me to make any changes to my devices. and will not even allow a factory reset of the device... I have tried several times to reach out to the company and have gotten zero response....

No matter what setting I use on the app, the light still does what it wants, i put it in manual mode and turn it off, and then it turns right back on in seconds. The reason I keep trying to turn it off is, the light is already going bad and it was installed only 7 months ago and constantly flickers no matter what I do. Complete waste of time and money.

App keeps giving me a "Connection failure, please check network connection" error. I have no issues with any other app and have tried multiple devices, same issue. I have contacted the manufacturer with no response. Will be sending my lights back!
