I rarely rate apps and have never written a review but I feel compelled to given how terrible this product is. This app and the light it's supposed to pair (4ft LED smart flat panel) to are both complete garbage. I could never get the light to enter pairing mode with any combination of power cycles. And because of the terrible user design I cannot use any of the light's features without the app - all I want to do is make the light warmer which is impossible with the app.

The app is good apart from the scheduling tool. I used it for two days and it completely broke the app where I couldn't turn off the lights, or change the colors or anything. I had to uninstall, reinstall, and start over with the app to get it working again. Maybe get that bug fixed in the near future. Aside from that though, the lights are beautiful and I love them.

Says the device is offline and so it doesn't allow me to turn on the lights but I have working wifi/my own phone wifi as a backup--both are working. I even restarted my phone and went to the playstore to see if the app just needed an update. This wasn't the issue either. It just does not want to work for me. I don't know what else to do. This has happened before and it just randomly decided to start working again, but I can't always wait on those random moments. I wish I had a light switch.
