No matter how many updates you do , there's always a problem. For example: UNABLE TO LOAD TICKET TOO OLD and you're barely starting the app UPLOAD TIRE PIX ooooops they accidentally got deleted while submitting SEVICE COMPLETED doesnt even let you complete / close the service because you gotta keep closing and opening the app until it wants to work. This app doesn't kill rolltime it adds to it.

While this app has potential to be great, the current release desperately needs help...Why does this not utilize notifications? If it does not alert you why would you open the application just to "check" if you have an event? You don't open your phone wondering if someone is calling you do you? It either rings, dings, vibrates, etc... Pretty basic concept missing here. Historical data is lacking. We should be able to see all the same fields, data, pictures related to completed events if needed. Even if just by accessing the Goodyear server to retrieve it. If Goodyear intends and expects us to use this application for Non-emergency events, "In bay" then the app needs updating as the same process will not work. Essentially a great framework though but in my opinion...not ready for prime time yet.

Horrendous. By far the worst app I've used. Constant crashes, daily reboots, load times are as long as 5 minutes, pictures fail to save, and notes seem to disappear. Continuously worse with each update.
