Couldn't create an account on the app, the loading wheel just kept going. I tried to create an account on their website and that worked, but I could not login in the app. The whole point of getting this collar was for the lost and found app, which seems to be useless. Not really a sustainable business model to market stuff that just doesn't work.

Wanted a review before being able to update? I haven't had to use the service yet. The app (before now, anyway) seemed to work fine. My cat has already chewed marks into the QR code tag, leaving it unreadable :( The app keeps giving a notice that an update is available, which takes me to the main app page in Playstore, which does not give an update option. Now I can't seem to use the app. What is going on?

would give 0 stars if I could, why spend 30 (CAD) dollars for a dog collar (60 for both my dogs) if one of the main reasons to buy doesn't even work! I can't create an account because they won't send me a code in my email, and I have tried multiple different emails I have in case the issue was somehow on my end. I've opened and closed, uninstalled and re-downloaded, and still can't create an account! I'm frustrated
