Very bad experience, not recommended at all. First, they show availability of flavours of cakes and when payment is paid on-line, they start making lame excuses for unavailability of the said order. Moreover, they don't bother to adjust the payment in some other flavour of cake. They don't give the payment back.

I made an order on app which was altered by shopkeeper and made on call service. I received my order without bill. When I called the customer service to resolve my issue and give me points for my purchase, they kept saying "nothing can be resolved now" and no points were given. They also only defend their outlet workers instead of working for customer. Update: the issue was resolved by customer service after I contacted them on email and they also granted me the points

The bar code on the app has disappeared, and it is not showing despite reinstalling the app. Therefore, no points are being earned or redeemed.
