Not only are their scooters barely usable and slow, they tried to charge me an extra 5 bucks a year later for a 10 minute ride at 3pm ("surge fee"). You can't retroactively charge people. And no, it wasn't an accident - I got a text explaining what the charge was. Even if it accidentally went to me, the fact that it's a form text shows that it's a form they DO send out. Oh, and they never refunded the charge. NOTE: the 5 star reviews are bought and copied! Check if you don't believe me!

Used the app once on vacation. The scooters were filthy, the one I rode had a lopsided wheel and shook violently. Figured this would be an economical way to go a couple miles, but it was double the price of what it would have cost to call an Uber. Not to mention when we got to our destination, we found we had to backtrack and park elsewhere, a mile away from our destination, then walk. Over a year later, I just randomly got a new charge on my credit card from this company?? Advice: Stay away!

I took two rides with this one night because I had two promo codes to use. The first ride was fine. I went 1.1 miles and used about $10 of my promo credit. The second ride was bad. I rode back to my hotel, which was about the same distance and should have used up the remaining promo credit that I had. Instead, when I went to park the scooter, the app froze up and would not let me end the ride. But the timer kept on counting. I tried logging out of the app and back in, but it was still freezing up. This went on for about 15 minutes, during which I was continuously charged for the time. I couldn't just leave the scooter either because anyone could have taken it. Eventually it did let me end the ride, but not before using up all of the promo credit, and then moving on to my credit card. It took me several tries to get someone at the company to believe me. At first they said said they could see that the ride ended and I was not overcharged. Luckily I had screenshots and video which I could share with them to make them believe me. They did end up refunding the charge back to my credit card, but not until I had spent close to a hour off and on trying to correct the error which originated with my 10 minute scooter ride. I will not use these scooters again.
