App is absolutely horrible! Between the errors and it crashing, it's basically worthless. Can't access promos. Can't even book a room through the app, it just gives you a phone number to call. Not to mention there is no detailed information on various room options. The funny thing about it is that right before they released this new app, the sent out emails hyping it up, and it's been nothing but a huge disappointment. Hire a decent app developer for crying out loud!

While we work on this issue for the Wild Horse Pass section of the app, you can still click through to check on rooms and bookings if you switch properties to Vee Quiva. This will send you to our hotel portal where you can choose either WHP or VQ to book. I hope this helps. Thank you.

Horrible that it will track your location, even with location tracking turned off! I wasn't even near one of your casinos on July 3rd, and the app started to track my location. I was near papago park that day and i got a pop-up. Uninstalled the app and will never use again. May never visit the San Tan location ever again either. If you're going to track every users location, even when it's turned off, you have a major issue that needs fixing ASAP!

They had a promotion giving out cardinal tickets, and I was selected at Wild Horse Pass. They said I would receive tickets in email. Took that Sunday off work for the game. Tickets never arrived in email, and there was no call back from the casino host that made me sign for tickets I never received. To this day, I have not heard back from anyone regarding this matter, but I'm sure they get a tax write 📴 for something they never did. Platinum status or not, they don't care!
