98.9 percent of the time your device has been Amazingly Good. There have been a couple of times that there may have been a brief glitch in the system that I am not entirely sure if it was my phone glitch or from your end. Whatever it was was quickly corrected and caused no major difficulties. I Would, and Have Recommended Your Services to Many of my friends and acquaintances. People are saying that they get error messages, screen with logo only? Lucky them! I get nothing but a blank screen! Has been this way for months. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Totally blank screen. It used to work before, and it was great. No longer. I'm lucky that I don't live far from the branch in my town. I can just walk there. But the app was more convenient.

This app is a hot pile of garbage. I've been with Granite State for a couple of years now and have been using this application for most of that time. 99% of the time, this app will not function. If I'm not having issues with simply logging in, the application just doesn't function at all. When I'm able to get logged in I am met with the home page displaying my accounts, from here I cannot do anything. Clicking on my accounts, or any other tab in the app, is met with no response.
