To start it off, this game is great IN THEORY. What is killing the game are the developers. The game is extremely pay to win. If youre not willing to spend hundreds of dollars, youre already behind someone who does. Also the ineptitude and lack of communication of the developers concerning the recent event left most of the player base not being able to get the event reward. Ive played many gacha games and spent on them but none has been as greedy and uncompensating as this one.

I'm back again for the second time, and this time i gave you 2 stars, still so many aspect in need of improvement, the stats differences between the player and the monster boss way to high, the price of NPC's job to expensive, there are some cheater in guild war, the returnee gifts doesn't help much, drop rate items for crafting relics to low, rift dungeon monster stats to high, and it's so hard to craft better equipment to progress, feels like forever to build one character from lvl 130 up

This game is really disappointing. Players don’t get proper options to express themselves, and the storyline is confusing. I chose Rune Knight but was forced into Swordsman job. It feels restrictive and not enjoyable at all.Not fun, just frustrating."
