I still don't like that it seems the reward program changed. It's no longer 1 point per drink ordered, not even 1 point per order. It's now 1 point per $10 spent. I've asked my baristas and they seemed confused by this, saying I should still be getting the points, but I only ever get a point if I spend over $10, which is almost never. If it's supposed to be 1 point per ORDER, then I'm missing around 30 points or so.

Terrible experience from the beginning. They make you use your phone number and a text code to log instead of a password like a normal app. Then when you finally get there, it has stupid unfriendly features. Like when you add a gift card you have to enter the pin that is on the gift card anytime you want to use the gift card or see the remaining. Only can have one card at a time. Deleting and never using again!

At the beginning the app worked great, however, I have been trying to access my account for weeks now and am unable to sign-in/verify my account due to the ap wanting to send me a verification code that never comes no matter how many times I request the code to be resent. I am so angry because I have an e-card that I purchased and have zero access to it to order drinks. I have emailed support numerous times about the issue to no avail, so until you fix your app, I have to go somewhere else. SMH
