Grazzee simplifies the whole tipping process. Grazzee started out servicing doorman buildings linking tenants to the building staff for gratuities. Now we have expanded to camps, hotels, beach clubs and moving companies. So now when someone wants to tip a staff member, Grazzee provides a place where you can find the person with ease.

There is no need to go to the bank or hold cash, Grazzee provides an easy cashless tipping process. No more going to buy cards, getting cash and finding the right person to give it to. everyone to tip or leave a handful of cards with money in them and hand them to.

The location will populate all the staff members and you can decide how much to give them. Now you can tip using your credit cards, Bank transfers (via Stripe), debit cards to make it as easy as possible. Also you can leave a message instead of filling out cards and save trees.

People receiving the tip can get their tips sent to them via bank transfer and other favorable options.

Ratings and reviews

Android App needs to be improved. 1) The transaction page needs proper labels for the form. 2) Using Plaid to sync with a bank account should limit the authorization to just what's needed to complete the transaction. The permission granted exposes transactional data and the balance in the account. 3) Consider persisting entries when the user enters tips and notes. That way when they leave and come back to the app they're not required to re-enter info.

The app is very buggy. First, login was impossible without force rebooting because clicking the next button did nothing and gave no feedback. Once I figured out how to workaround that, search didn't seem to work so I couldn't find my camp. Two show stopping bugs in 5m of use is two too many.

Horrible... I reached out to the "support contact" cause of all the issues . And they want me to send my number and where I work and honestly I don't even wanna reply cause that's all they asked. It seems very sketchy. I'm very disappointed and upset.
