To use the GRBbank app, you must be enrolled as a Genesee Regional Bank digital banking user, which can be done via the GRBbank app or desktop. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Really good app! It's extremely consistent, takes biometrics, has a clean, organized, and WELL LABELED interface. GRB overall is great. Always can visit a branch or call and can even get the specific account manager that helped me set up my account forever ago if she's free. You can call or send messages in the app with a problem and they do solve it as fast as possible. Even internationally they helped me out.
