It's ok. Have used it for a few months and am now wanting to add 2 more bulbs. The first bulb was successful but now I get a network error, please retry 50504 error. I've restarted my phone. I've uninstalled the app and still receive the error. Ready to give up! Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Odd enough, yes if you switch the smartphone to 2.4 Ghz on your router and then put in the password for that band it works. Had to figure out how to talk to the router to separate the 2.4 and 5 Ghz bandwidths into different names. (Which is the old way of doing it.)

This app refuses to connect with the light bulb. The amount of time I've spent trying to make it work so greatly out numbers the amount of time and effort I would've saved by connecting it the only place it belongs is in a landfill.
