Had to give 1 star be ause that is the lowest score. This company is a rip off. I am not a fan of credentialing services anyway, but this company takes money and provides nothing but slow, incompetent service, an app that doesn't work and a desktop platform that is useless. Every time I try to log in or do anything, I have to call support, and while nice, they are clueless. And the public wonders why Healthcare is so high. This is a big part if it.

Terrible app. Never works and crashes every time I log in. When I received the letter from the hospital they specifically stated that this app was for vendors to use, but green security states it is not, it is for the facility. Seems to be a huge miscommunication between client and credentialing service.

The app constantly crashes immediatly after I sign in. It says "somethinf went wrong." Please fix this! Why not make an app for vendors. Clearly it's needed since a majority of reviews are aboht trouble logging in and your response is the app is for employers.
