About this app

The official Greenworks Commercial app provides useful tools for connecting and communicating with Greenworks Commercial connected products, like zero turn mowers, tractors, vehicles, Optimow robotic lawn mowers and batteries. The app is packed with useful tools and functions. Overall, you can register products, get digital copies of your owners manuals and much more.

For connected zero turn mowers, tractors and vehicles, the Greenworks Commercial app lets you:
• View battery charge
• View vehicle status and view how components are performing at any given time
• Track vehicle position

For robotic mowers, the Greenworks Commercial app lets you:
• View the installation guide
• Find useful tips for installation
• View and edit mower settings like scheduling, starting points, and security functions
• View mower status, like mowing, charging, and/or error messages
• Communicate commands with the mower like pause, park, and resume
• Get notified of mower errors and security messages (on select models)
• Track mower position (on select models)

For Bluetooth batteries, the Greenworks Commercial app lets you:
• View the battery status
• Update the battery software
• Secure the battery using the lock and unlock function
• See the last known position of the battery

Ratings and reviews

The app allowed me to update the firmware of my battery. The app does not have all the greenworks commercial product manuals for download. You can mostly download some lawnmower and utility vehicle manuals. Some of the listed manuals don't even download. It will display error, "could not show document, try again." There are no manuals listed for the batteries, chainsaws, leaf blowers, string trimmers, edgers, hedge trimmers, snow throwers, power cutters, augers, portable winch, and tiller.

Useless. Requires registration AND internet connection to use it everytime!! Bought a Bluetooth battery. Cant connect to app because supposedly the battery is not in their online database. Are you kidding me?

The main reason I've installed this app is for the location indicator should my unit get stolen. Another feature I wish was supported is notification when the charge is complete.

What's new

This version includes support for new vehicle and ride on mower models and their security functions and we fixed some bugs.
This version is also prepared to fully support the updated web-based fleet management system with its new features.
