Log in options suck! Continously being logged out. When I reenter my pw, it's either 'invalid email' or 'incorrect pw' Like how ?! Its the same i have been using for ages!! Also trying to get assistance form customer service is another stress, about 2 months ago they say the apps are down in some areas, imagine that big company like this advertising about improved technology ! I'm logged out again and Same BS! when I enter the OTP it keeps saying ' acc locked' I just fed up rass.

Stressed!!! Can't access my account! Seems as though app is frozen???!!! Was working fine and suddenly the update notice is frozen on the screen. Don't know if I will have access after doing this rating. But why force customers to do a rating? That should be voluntary. I will check again to see my ease of access.
