The Erste mBiz app is the perfect tool for entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized businesses who want to manage their banking quickly, easily, and securely, no matter where they are. The app is designed to give you 24/7 access to all the information and features you need, with simple navigation and an innovative design.
What Erste mBiz lets you do:
• View balances and transactions: Track a detailed overview of all your accounts, credit cards, deposits and international transfers in one place.
• Make domestic and international payments: Create payment orders quickly and easily, with the option to pre-set the exchange rate.
• eInvoices: All your invoices in one place! Tracking, creating, sending and paying invoices has never been easier. Work with invoices through the Electronic Invoicing System (SEF), as well as with those not generated via SEF.
• Innovative payment methods: Use IPS QR code features, a fast and secure way to complete transactions by scanning a code with your device.
• Multiple authentication methods: Securely sign transactions using your PIN, fingerprint or facial recognition – depending on your preferred authentication method.
• Create payment templates: Save frequently used payment orders and reuse them without re-entering information.
• Check past transactions: Quickly review transaction history and download statements for your accounts.
• Two-way communication with the bank: Send inquiries and get information about additional services and products directly from the app.
• Locate branches and ATMs: Use the locator to quickly find the nearest Erste Bank branch or ATM.
How to become an Erste mBiz user?
Fast and easy! If you're already an Erste Bank customer and use eBiz services, you can activate the mBiz app yourself through the eBiz web application – no need to visit the bank. Simply activate the app via the request option, receive your activation and registration codes, and set up a four-digit PIN/fingerprint or facial recognition for secure access to the Erste mBiz app. Once activated, you’re all set to start using the app.
