QR scanner never scans and the same thing with our QR code, it never works. No option to scan QR from our phone gallery. We had to send and write all the details while receiving and sending, respectively. Furthermore, no option to save the beneficiary account, history details are short enough to read. Completely outdated, yet no progress. Frustrating app.

I downloaded the Himalayan Bank Limited Mobile app and it was the worst banking app I ever used! It was so slow and kept crashing every time I tried to make a transaction. The user interface was confusing and in some cases, the information displayed was wrong. I lost track of my account balance because the app didn't update regularly. I had to switch over to my computer and use their website in order to access my bank account. This app is definitely not worth your time and effort.

Mobile banking is a scam run by this bank. The application does nothing. Literally nothing. Cannot load money into esewa, phone pay or any other. UI is so poor that I cannot see any bank's name in the list when trying to transfer to other banks. At this point I m asking myself what's the point of this app. And they say they are improving features since 2 years but nothing. College kids can build better apps.
