People in Ho Chi Minh City. People do not need an account but can log in by providing their name and phone number.

Function:
The application also has the function to view flood information reported from the HCMC Flood Report application. Only approved reports will be displayed on the app.
The application has a simple flood report function in the form of points, including a description of the flooding situation and images, so that residents can report on the flood situation.

FEDS Platform:
The HCMC Flood Map application is a component of the Ho Chi Minh City Decision Support and Online Flood Reporting Platform (FEDS), within the framework of the World Bank's Technical Assistance Program ( World Bank) and the Swiss Ministry of Economic Development (SECO) on the Application of Breakthrough Technology in Public Asset Management.
