About this app

This app is for smartphones only. Tablet users must install and use “iPark Home Tab”.

You can use it after registering and logging in as an iPark Home integrated member and authenticating through the household wall pad.

[main function]
1) Home control: Control and inquiry of home network-linked devices such as lighting, heating, standby power blocking, gas, ventilation, and system air conditioner.
2) Complex entrance: Elevator call, visitor remote call, common entrance one-pass entry, common entrance facial recognition access registration, etc. (Menu composition may vary depending on whether individual functions are supported for each site)
3) Parking management: Empty parking space notification, parking location inquiry, visiting vehicle registration, electric vehicle charging inquiry
4) Life mode: One-touch control for each situation such as wake-up mode, safe mode, return mode, sleep mode, user mode, etc.
5) Automation: Automatically operates notification or control functions according to specific conditions such as status (door open/entry), weather, time, etc.
6) Energy saving: Specialized services such as usage prediction based on energy consumption patterns and energy saving suggestions
7) Control linkage for LG and Samsung home appliances: Linkage control and inquiry for 8 home appliances of LG Electronics and 9 home appliances of Samsung Electronics (service composition may vary depending on site-specific platform linkage policy)
8) Services: Weather information, energy usage inquiry, delivery inquiry, wall pad electronic frame photo upload, visitor inquiry, complex news, etc. (affiliated services will continue to be added in the future)
9) Laboratory: Provides experimental functions based on ideas that can be useful in real life (some devices may be incompatible, and functions may be changed or deleted without prior notice)

[Information Use]
1) To ensure smooth APP service, please always update to the latest version.
2) This app can be used in both Wi-Fi and data network environments. However, in a data network environment, communication fees may be charged according to the rate policy of the telecommunication company you subscribe to.
3) We support the Coachmark function for smooth use of the service, so please use the app for help. (Touch the ⓘ icon in the upper right corner of the main screen)

[Applicable Complex]
1) This app can be used in IPARK complexes occupied after July 2022 (excluding some sites).
2) In the future, the application will be expanded to already occupied IPARK complexes, and the sites subject to application will be announced later.
