Running a firmware update shouldnt result in a psychedelic strobe show in my bedroom, or at the very keast there should be a warning before that happens. Firmware updates should not wake sleeping babies. Also, this needs a widget or maybe a quicksettings tile that let me turn the lamp on without having to launch the app and wait for a connection.

Seems to be completely broken on Android 15. It doesn't support nor opt-out of edge to edge so the buttons at the top are behind status bar and app bar and as such are inaccessible, the app won't connect to a sleep phaser at all and will crash right after entering S/N in the serial number input. And it keeps asking me to give it location permissions which I physically cannot do because apparently the app does not even declare any such permission in the Android manifest.

Doesn't work with my sleep phaser v3, it never connects. Was hoping to update the firmware since the phaser only works half the time, but maybe I should be thankful it didn't connect seeing other reviews say it bricked their phaser.
