The Hello Birdie App is the companion to the Hello Birdie Smart Bird Feeder!
This app makes it easy to see & share birds that visit your Hello Birdie.

After downloading, use the Hello Birdie User Manual to set up the camera and
connect it to the app. Once setup is complete and the feeder is installed, just
sit back, relax and be notified of your feeder’s visitors! The system is equipped
with artificial intelligence as well, so you can learn about the birds you see!

horrible. I would use any other app but this is what the bird feeder uses. if it's taken a video, the video does not display and download video is not an option. pictures and videos download inconsistently if at all. support is nonexistent. I contacted the makers twice and only got back the question, 'do you have the membership?' Everyone has the membership! it comes free with the bird feeder you dorks!

This app sucks. The AI is wrong more frequently than it's right. The latest update has caused a 'loading...' message to appear over the videos that will not go away. In addition, the app has never (since downloading in Dec '23) been consistent with allowing me to download videos. I am able to download a video maybe 1 out of every 7 tries. Also, the notifications don't work. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. I wish I had a different bird feeder that didn't interface with this app.

Great idea, but the app is awful. After paying for a month subscription to try it, the recording never alerted me when it should have. The app would constantly lag or freez (on more than one device) and it seemed to never record when it should have and after you view a video 1 time it never allowed me to go back a second time. Also the squirrel alarm never worked. I have countless videos of them and secondary footage of it never going off.
