Ratings and reviews

Doesn't work half the time. No scheduled maintenance time but always saying down for maintenance. Takes too long for direct deposits to reflect on our accounts. Too hard to log in then it logs you out and you have to call in with the tellers saying "can you call back in an hour". My previous bank had none of these problems. So not happy at all with the app. I've almost closed my account because of the online app difficulties.

Compared to the previous app. Load times are pretty long, app also tends to have a few more issues regarding retrieving account info. All in all i dont see why a new app was needed when the previous one seemed perfectly fine

It would be nice to see your APY for savings in the app.
