Is anyone else ha ing trouble logging in im still not able to log in even after contacting the compamy and have them reset my account it keeps telling me login failed unaithorized

I bought a building from pmb rentals and every time it rains my stuff gets soaked. They came to fix it and it comes in worse than before.
