This app isn't useful.You have no options in the entire app other than to make a payment. You can't see the previous payment made or any payments history on your account. You cannot see your amount owed, any payment history or pay off balance. You are only able to send money for the current payment due or change your password. I would like to be able to view all of my payment history from the entire life of the account & see what I have paid up to date, account balance & payoff amount.

Error message every time try to do anything last 3 months, have to pay by phone.
