It's just a re-packaged web browser. If I had fast internet at my jobsite I could just use a normal browser, one where I can bookmark the products I use most. Other industrial supplier apps that I have installed allow me to reference parts and add items to an order while I'm offline, an order that I can then submit when I have service again. I'll now uninstall this thing.

This app is not user-friendly. Also, with the new update, tool names have been removed. You don't know what the tool is called until you click on to see what it is. Very confusing. What such a large company, you think they can find someone to code a better app.

Searching is very difficult on hilti app and logs you out when placing orders . Staff not even on the other end of a phone . Poor customer support for expensive gear . No probs for the boys with makita gear tho...
