"Smoking Radar" was developed by the School of Nursing, Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong. Smokers were invited to record the number of cigarettes and types of tobacco they smoked, as well as their exposure to smoking triggers and tobacco control policies for data analysis.
