There is an option to open a fixed deposit, when checking after 3 month there no option to transfer the fund to my saving account. π€ It got auto renewed. After a long conversation through email, they requested to visit the branch π€π. If you are giving an option to opening a fixed deposit, it should have things to sort out such issues through the app.

Loved this app and thought this is the best and most efficient banking app I've ever used. But since the last update I've been unable to log in , error messages one after the other : 'reset password, something went wrong, encryption needed' . Contacted the call centre and they had no clue as what had to be done. They did say they would look into the matter in 3 working days but its been weeks , still unable to log in and worse still is that NO ONE ever answers πͺ

It takes more than 30 seconds to receive the OTP to the email while it is required to enter the code within 30 seconds. Annoying experience. The other option is to receive the OTP via SMS. As I live abroad, I can not turn the roaming ON, every time I need to transfer money. The developers of this app should pay more attention to speed up the email OTP sending.
