It's a fun game. Very similar to nhl franchise mode with a couple extra cool features. My one problem is sometimes the game will freeze or crash. What's worse is that when it crashes it will take you back to the last time the game saved, not you. It will cause you to lose months of games, trades, and other moves that can be frustrating when the game falls apart like this

Awesome game, but this game has a lot of bugs. Can crash, teams will somehow fill up contracts past the limit and not be stopped (causing very good players to not have their contract renewed and never play a professional game again), and sometimes it won't even let you sim to the next day anymore no matter how many times you restart your game. Overall though, there are lots of great features (like history mode) and I hope they are able to eventually fix these bugs.

Despite the AI decision making being very questionable and the game being relatively easy to cheese, if you are looking for a highly customizable and engaging hockey GM sim look no further. Staffing, scouting, drafting, and lineup decisions all have some depth to them and are highly rewarding once you learn the systems behind them. Have happily poured many hours into running both real and fictional teams in this app. Great community content as well.
