*Number of shades per gateway depends on many factors, including the number of remotes added. Each shade associates exclusively with one gateway; you cannot control the same shade with multiple gateway devices. If a home requires more shades to be lifted, simply add another gateway device.

NOTE: This update represents a major revision enhancement supporting many brand new features including OTA firmware upgrades to the shade motor. This requires a fresh download of the app after deleting the old revision. Those that are upgrading should ensure their credentials are saved during the delete process. Their project data and account will be autofilled in when the new version is loaded as long as they use the same email and account.

Ratings and reviews

Worthless app and support. I spent hours trying to get the Bali-supplied gateway set up. It's junk, but the app seems to be the actual issue. I was able to get it to connect to my network, but based on the error code, it can't sync to their servers. Called support and the rep couldn't help. She submitted a ticket to a product specialist; 2 weeks later I've yet to get a response. I just bought the Aeotec hub and connected via SmartThings, then Google Home for voice control. That's the fix

Customer service is horrible, the blinds cost more, and work less than what they adveryise. The app works 50% of the time, have to reprogram every other week. App is non responsive. Don't even think of using the "smart" feature. It's never once worked. Setup sends you into an eternal loop of logging into an account that you've never been told how to setup!!!! Absolutely horrible.

I cannot believe I paid so much for something that doesn't work at all. It's nearly impossible to set it up to wifi. Nevermind communicating with the blinds. Actually it's nearly impossible to get it to start up without the solid blue light for hours which means "thinking". So after days and days of trying, and calling customer service, I now realize the expensive USB drive with a light is junk. And please try the factory reset button! So helpful! It goes "click" and...the light's blue
