Terrible OB system for desktop and app. Neither let you go back very far date wise for transactions. It's just very generic. Nothing special compared to other bank and credit card apps. App is better than desktop though by 100x. No idea why a person has to answer 6 things to log in on a PC. And what the heck is a confidence word??

You would think an app for a financial institution would show what the pending charges are so I don't have to call everytime I'm not sure what something is.

I haven't trusted banks in a long time. But the friendly and helpful staff. That knows your name when you walk in instead of being a number is amazing.
