Solid program was a ton of awesome features. Really like the software. For those not understanding this app works in companion to the main online software that you need an account for. You cannot only download this app.

Since opening my company in 2003 I have used 4 different inspection apps. This is by far the most advanced, customizable, and less restrictive apps I've used. Tech Support is great and the developers listen to user feedback far more than systems that have been out there for much longer. If you are looking for an app to take your business to the next level as a home inspector, this is it. If you are serious about your business you should not make a decision before reviewing this app
