Great when it works. Every weekend, however, the app as well as their website goes down with a "system outage" and tells me my credentials are wrong (when they're not). Not being able to access my accounts to even check my balance on weekends is REALLY inconvenient. This has been going on for months now. Would love it if stuff worked on the weekends/holidays, thanks! PS: Tried being on different networks to test the problem. Persists on all networks.

It's easy to use and like that I get notifications for purchases which keeps me informed of my transactions. For those who have issues with updates where it no longer works and you have an older phone model, it maybe you are running an older IOS (Apple) or Android OS. Over time apps update to support newer phone software. If so you need a new phone. For other issues you can try to clear cache or uninstall and reinstall. I've never had an issue. Great easy to use and work.UPDATE: Now that I have been using worked fine up until a year ago now stops and won't open. Update 3/1/22. Now won't even open. Just gives blank screen. Worse ban app ever!!! I hate it! My other banking apps work great! Why can't you fix this!!!!!! UPDATED 3/12/24 working better now. Back to you can open check balances.
