Ratings and reviews

This app is a nightmare. For starters it doesn't recognize your rewards account even when using the proper information. As an example, my account uses my cell number, and I know they have it in my account because I get a text lettimg me know my order has been placed, so why does it not recognize my cell number as the login for my rewards account? It often just hangs up when you open it, and many times when you are halfway through an order it just stops working. The app sucks!

great restaurant, absolutely embarrassingly bad app. I cannot manage to login to my account even after multiple password changes. tried to order as guest, can't do that either due to a "basket owner" error. I'm ordering a dinner I don't even want from elsewhere because this app is so impossible to use. too bad they got rid of online ordering and forced me into this app.

Please please please add an 'Order Ready" notification! I always order through the app, and about every 3rd/4th visit, I stand against the wall essentially watching my order get cold for 15-20 minutes because it was left awkwardly near the register or put with the other pickups behind the counter without anyone calling my name. (And then I decide I need a break from ordering Honeygrow.) This could be avoided if the app would just tell me my order is ready. Otherwise, no complaints about the app.
