I've been using this app for years now and I've never had a problem till it made me do an update. now that I updated the app I'm unable to open it. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it 4 times and so did my husband and neither one of us are able to access the app to check the balance on my lights. I'm very unhappy with this updated app. if it's not broke why would you want to fix it ( meaning it worked fine before so why update it and be left with a nonworking app

App started out good then crashed and wouldn't let you update.

Crashes as soon as you open the app. Doesn't even let you put in your account information. Tried to send feedback but that crashed as well. Please help!!!
