People who can't make this app work: read this. Install the app. Go to the app info (not 'Settings' - longpress the icon and select the info icon). Make sure the Permissions are on for Location and Bluetooth. Open the app, turn on the device, hold them close together, and they should connect. And if it's in Chinese, there's a globe icon in the upper right. Click it and change to English. 4/5 stars because it's pretty basic functionality, and I had to explain all this for them.

I am trying to connect my BLE-C600 device to the Yinmik app on both iOS and Android, but the app does not show any data, even though the device is successfully connected via Bluetooth. This seems to be a widespread issue, as many other users report the same problem. Is there an alternative app or a known fix for this?

i have a ble-c600 ph probe and the software wasn't working. There is little help to resolve this issue online. anyway, when you go to the icon to load the app, just leave your finger on it and a window will come up and one of the picks is app info. go there, then go to permissions and allow the software to acces your phone. the software will work then.worked for me anyways. good luck.
