There should be a way to talk to the delivery driver before he picks up the order. Some times they just buy things we order without any regard to the customer. They will go to a particular place a buy a product nearing its expiration while fresh ones are available. Also there should be a way to cancel an order before the delivery driver picks it up. Sometimes you might want to cancel it to amend the order. The prices are way too expensive, the product is expensive than the one in the same store

Very unreliable. You make an order, and it takes forever to arrive. I ordered lunch at 2 p.m., yet my order was not processed till 3 p.m., and the rider arrived around 3:15, after I had left the location. They kept calling to bring the food as late as 5 pm. Despite their ineptitude, they refused to take responsibility. Done with such incompetent service.

They allow their riders to tamper with food, this service is not safe for food orders, customers beware !!! Edited: Well I already sent a complaint to that email and they claim there is a new policy that allows that. seems your team isn't on the same page in that regard
