Ratings and reviews

Good app i use for most things but it absolutely needs a before and after balance feature (ROLLING BALANCES) on withdrawals and deposits like the other big players have. This helps so much more to keep track of spending and or backtracking transactions, some which may be of a suspicious nature. Please look into this as all my other banking apps have it but I prefer using Hume as my main goto. Edit: Hello again Hume Bank! Are you going to consider this feature? Please add it. Simple enhancement.

new app is annoying! won't remember the order of my accounts as soon as I exit. and when I click 'account' it won't load. please fix the bugs!

Miss the old one, easy to work around and simple to learn. Since the updated version, I've logged into my account once and no more than that. Always being told there's an unknown error or it just doesn't load at all. I rely heavily on being able to access my account to transfer payments like my rent and bills and have not been able to do so since the app updated. I'm now going to have to resort to finding time in my busy work week to head to my bank to do any transfers. Leave things alone!

The latest update brings exciting new features to make banking easier and more personalised. On the home screen, you can add a profile picture, pin savings goals and customise the order. You can also set up a quick balance so you can view the balance without logging in. Plus, we’ve made it faster and simpler to share account details and find the transactions you need.
