This necklace will not stay connected to my s23plus. I should have read reviews before purchasing. I'm gonna give it a week before I return it. The app has to stay on in the background. The directions to do so are bad. The app has issues. I cannot read the language. You cannot change the language so you CAN read it. The idea and price are good but, resolve the issues I am reading about on the reviews please and you might have a better item than the totwoos.

Hello I'm very sorry, currently the language supports English. There are some words you said that you don't understand. Which part are they in? The bracelet is a nice cute little gimmick. The ability to tap the bracelet and your loved one feel the vibration on the other end is a great reminder that someone is there for you. The app on the other hand is just an absolute mess and in need of a major update. It is just an absolute nightmare to use and the user interface is an absolute mess. Until the app becomes more user friendly I can only give this app a 1 star review.

The login issue was fixed but there is only 1 vibration setting so you cannot do like other devices like this with different meanings to each vibration. The vibration is subtle and quick and barely able to feel it and any connections to skin sets it off, not just if you intentionally touch it. It's a beautiful necklace and seems to have a good quality I'm rather disappointed for the amount of money it cost and the lack of options in it.
