Ratings and reviews

Great app. Hard to believe it's free. This seems like it could really help me with foreign language practice: Nearly-instant content in a variety of topics with natural sounding speech AND a transcript. I do wish there were some slower playback options (like 70%, 80%, 90%) and more language options, but so far this app has great potential!

Update: I have yet to be able to listen to a single full summary without it pausing with no way to continue. I agree with others suggestions that it generates, downloads, then erases the audio file so it isn't as easily paused. Really cool idea and well executed by the team behind Notebook LM. My only complaint like everyone else is that the audio keeps stopping, I think because it can't play in the background. I'm sure this will be patched.

I definitely see a lot of potential here. But it's still kinda buggy. No support for Android Auto, playback randomly freezes sometimes, and it only has access to today's calendar events. It can recognize emails pretty well, but unfortunately my work emails can't connect due to security constraints (even though they connect to 3rd party email apps). I wish it was smart enough to check future calendar availability for events/meetings based on emails. But I'm excited to see this app grow!
